    Hi can you please share where did you get your measuring spoon? It's so cute.. thank you I make really fluffy cloud soft breads but sourdough is the only one I never tried to make.. I always found the instructions for making the starter confusing and not relevant.. but I just want to try your recipe..

    You have to get creative not to use these appliances . Appliances are like phone applications. They want to know what youre using it for so they can control you. If you're too good at it, theyll remove your friendships so you dont go any further. Female cops copy your groceries so you do their shopping 🛍 for them. Kitchen appliances and phone apps are very similar .

      Well yes sort of because it will give you a lifetime of natural yeast that you can use to make bread 😉 You can stretch the feeding interval by storing the starter in the fridge.

    something she has left out is that you should at least double the weight of your starter whenever you need more starter and to always add equal parts water to equal parts flour. Also make sure you are not using bleached flour initially. Use rye flour or whole wheat flour to feed your starter for the first several days. Bleached flour is fine to use for regular feedings after your starter is alive and active.

    I have a question. You did mention to bake for 20-25 mins but at what degree? 300 or 400 F? Some calls for 300 and some for 400
